The Author – Jacqui McRae
I am a research scientist with a PhD in natural products chemistry and a penchant for exploring the great wilderness areas of the world. My current research interests involve wine tannin chemistry and protein science. On a usual day I can be found in the lab or at my desk and sometimes even at the winery checking on samples. My thoughts are my own.
